  • a consultation by phone or online regarding the I-90 with the Attorney.
  • the attorney and you will complete the I-765 form together
  • the attorney will review the form and supporting documents
  • all translations
  • PDF copy of all forms
  • a tailored document list
  • online filing
  • an online follow-up with USCIS if any delays occur outside of the USCIS processing times. 


Before purchasing, please note the following: 


  • This is not a service for requesting an initial Greencard.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • This price and service option is only available through this site. Prices do not include the USCIS filing fee, currently $455 (in some cases an additional $85 will be added for biometrics). We will advise during the consultation.
  • Once you book you will have access to a secure online portal, where you will receive communications from our office. You will be able to upload your documents (you may also fax them in). There are no meetings at our office. All meetings will take place by phone, or online call/video.
  • This service is expedited, meaning that you will immediately receive a link to schedule your consultation with Attorney Michelle, so we can begin working on your case.
