We are happy to assist you in requesting a replacement for your lost, stolen or expired Employment Authorization Card (work permit). This price includes:


  • a consultation via phone or online (we will send you the information to both)
  • you and the attorney will review and complete your I-765 application together
  • a tailored document list,
  • all translation
  • PDF of your I-765 form
  • mailing of your application to USCIS via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Our office will be filing the application packet on your behalf. It also includes, a phone follow-up with USCIS if any delays occur outside of the USCIS processing times. 
  • The price is for 1 renewal for 1 person, if you need multiple renewals change the quantity below.


Before purchasing, please note the following: 


  • This is not a service for requesting an initial work permit.
  • This price and service option is only available through this site. Prices do not include the USCIS filing fee (currently: $495, which includes biometric fee. However, price depends on category, we will advise, after we review your case).
  • Once you book you will have access to a secure online portal, where you will receive communications from our office. You will be able to upload your documents (you may also fax them in). There are no meetings at our office. All meetings and communications will be through the portal, online calls, video calls or phone.
  • This service is expedited, meaning that you will immediately receive a link to schedule your consultation with Attorney Michelle, so we can begin working on your case.
  • If you change your name or have been arrested, this price will be accredited and the balance will be due before we submit your application for renewal/replacement of your Employment Authorization Card.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
