This price includes:
- a consultation about your case with the Attorney (via phone or online). You pick the date and time of your consultation.
- a tailored list of documents that your case may need.
- the attorney and yourself will complete and review the N-565 application
- the Attorney will review the form and supporting documents
- all translations
- PDF copy of form submitted on your behalf
- Our office will be filing the application packet on your behalf online.
- If any delays occur outside of the USCIS processing times, the attorney will file an online follow-up with USCIS
Before purchasing, please note the following:
- This is not a service for requesting Citizenship (i.e. for filing a citizenship application).
- This price and service option is only available through this site.
- Prices do not include the USCIS filing fee (currently: $555).
- Once you book you will have access to a secure online portal, where you will receive communications from our office. You will be able to upload your documents (you may also fax them in). There are no meetings at our office. All meetings and communications will be through the portal, online calls, video calls or phone.
- This service is expedited, meaning that you will immediately receive a link to schedule your consultation with Attorney Michelle, so we can begin working on your case.
